The Christian owners of the family-owned Chicago restaurant, Nini’s Deli, were attacked and threatened in June 2020 after refusing to go along with Blackout Tuesday. A documentary was released earlier this year detailing this story of courage that recently had a new twist.

I so deeply appreciate learning the truth of your situation regarding platforms shutting you down, and I so deeply appreciate learning of Pastor James and this church, and I am praying to be able to visit you physically. And I so deeply appreciate learning what is happening in my own hometown of Chicago, which my ancestors settled 180 years ago and built, because I certainly didn’t see this story in the NYT. And I’m late to the party, too. And you’re right about not being safe in the suburbs: I was horrified what happened in my hometown of Naperville, Illinois, and I’m grateful my father was not alive to see it. I know that the persecution is coming, and those without a deep conviction will fold. And I’m grateful to hear about Molly’s Cupcakes: I would appreciate such a list. Burger King and Kohl’s are already on the list. But of course you won’t hear about THIS violence. Listening to this discussion deepens my conviction to visit this church, and Pastor James is absolutely right: just keeping our heads down is not going to cut it. Never in a million years would such an unpleasant, uncomfortable, and potentially divisive subject EVER be discussed at the Khrist Kovenant Koyntry Klub in Crystal Lake. illinois. And Pastor James is dead-right about this being a spiritual battle and coming for the church. God willing, I’ve got to visit this Lord’s Day and learn to trust again
Thank you so much for the love towards my brother, our family and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. God bless y’all!
Thank you for standing and look forward to meeting you!
